Services
The Natural Sculpt provides services including but not limited to injectables such as: Dermal Fillers, Skin Boosters and Fat Dissolving. The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as personal advice.
Appointment, Cancellation and Deposit Policy
Appointments can be scheduled through the "Book Now" link on our website or by contacting us directly.
All appointments include a consultation which we will contact you directly about.
We will also inform you of any preparation required for your treatment.
A deposit is required to secure an appointment - deposit varies per treatment and you will be informed of the exact amount when booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to attend or failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fear forfeit of the deposit.

All services must be paid for in full at the time of the appointment through bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice. You must pay in accordance with our price list on completion of those that we have provided to you and at the time of your order.

All services are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Natural Sculpt and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
The Natural Sculpt will not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of income or profit), or for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, the provision of any treatments, goods, and/or services.

While every treatment is carried out with professional care, clients understand and accept that results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. No refunds or compensation will be offered for dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes.

Clients are required to read and sign the relevant consent forms prior to treatment. We are unable to provide any treatment without your written consent.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that they provide us with all the relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment. The Natural Sculpt will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the clients failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, The Natural Sculpt regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or any personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Governing Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Natural Sculpt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after the posting of changes constitutes you acceptance of such changes.
